Rajasthan Teacher Recruitment 2022: The Elementary Education Department Rajasthan has announced that it would recruit 32,000 teachers at various levels for different subjects in 2022. These vacancies are for Rajasthan government schools. Around 32000 vacancies shall be filled in government schools of Rajasthan under Tribal Sub Plan (TSP) and Non-TSP areas.

According to the official notification issued by the Rajasthan Elementary Education Department, applications for these vacancies will begin from January 10, 2022 and will end on February 9, 2022.

To apply for these vacancies, you have to register online at www. recruitment.rajasthan.gov.in or sso.rajasthan.gov.in. 

The notification states, of the 32,000 vacancies, some 15,500 vacancies are for Primary Level and 16,500 are for Upper Primary Level.

Rajasthan Teacher Eligibility Criteria

Primary Level I Teacher 

  •  Higher Secondary Certificate with minimum 50 percent marks and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education or Special Education.
  • HSC with 45 percent marks and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education as per NCTE Norms 2002 
  • HSC with 50 percent marks and four-year Bachelor of Education degree

Upper Primary Level II Teacher 

  • Graduation degree with 50 percent marks and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education or Special Education 
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in any stream with 50 percent marks and B.Ed degree 
  • Bachelor Degree or Master Degree with 45 percent marks and B.Ed degree as per NCTE Norms 2002. 
  • HSC with 50 percent marks and four-year B.ElEd Degree, BA BED or BSc BED.

Age Limit 

All applicants should be aged between 18 to 40 years, according to the notification.

Selection Criteria for Rajasthan Teacher

The selection will be done on the basis of a merit list of marks obtained in Rajasthan Teacher Exam 2021-22.

Rajasthan Teacher Application Fee

  • General, Other Backward Castes and Economically Weaker Sections: Rs. 100 per application
  • Non-Creamy Layer-OBC: Rs.70 per application
  • Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Saharia communities: Rs. 60 per application.

An entrance test will be conducted by the Elementary Education Department at a later date. These fees are for the entrance exam, which is compulsory.
