Sharathi Parivahan Application Eligibility Criteria

The Parivahan Application enables people to apply for various types of driving licenses, including learning, permanent, international, duplicate, light motor vehicle, and high motor vehicle licenses. These are the steps for a driving license application:

  1. Visit the official website of Parivahan at
  2. Select the state where you reside.
  3. Under the Contactless Licence Services tab, select which type of license you are applying for. It is recommended to select the option directly.
  4. Once you select the option, the portal will display Instructions for Application Submission. Read the instructions carefully and click on Continue.
  5. Enter your details as requested on the portal and click on submit.
  6. Your application will be reviewed and approved shortly. Make sure to provide accurate information, as incorrect details may lead to the rejection of your application.
  7. After completing the process, your driving license will be sent to the address mentioned in your documents
