- Visit the official website of E-District Uttar Pradesh.
- On the home page, click on the “Citizen Login (E Sathi)” option.
- Click on “New User Registration”.
- A new page will open where you will have to provide the following information:

- Name of Applicant
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Residential Address
- Pin Code
- District
- Mobile Number
- Email ID
- Security Code
