Tokyo Olympic gold medallist Neeraj Chopra on Saturday night clinched his first gold of the season.

Neeraj Chopra finished in second place and recorded a new national record due to his 89.30 meter throw at the Paavo Nurmi Games in Finland, which is the country's leading track.

The Indian javelin throw in Karlstad at the Folksam Grand Prix ended the season with a gold medal after winning 80.96 metres.

With a best throw of 83.13 m Chopra had a GOLD MEDAL again in the collection at Cidade de Lisboa

Neeraj Chopra was 15th on the order. His best throw was 88.07m, having made it into the Indian Grand Prix earlier in 2021.

Neeraj donated his javelin to the Olympic Museum in Lausanne, Switzerland.

All these he had achieved in just 13 months
